Once it's scabbed over, or a flesh wound, yes. But if he tears at the stitches it could be a longer healing process.

But now that we're on the topic, an open wound I'd say yes. It's stitched, so him licking his empty scrotum is keeping it inflamed and swollen. It needs to dry and heal.

i had throwed up so hard i was throwing up blood and didnt go to dr then i waited about 17 hours when my sister and her husband had to carry me to the car and i was slurring my speech then i wasnt getting any stronger i was like a 80 year old guy and went back to dr a week later they admitted me and did a blood transfusion

Still working at my buddy's paint shop. 3 new jib hoists going in. Cut out 4x4 squares in the floor, remove the concrete, dig them out 4' deep, and fill it back up with concrete with anchor bolts in it to bolt the jibs down
