I think some guys have a bad day and slide in just to take it out on someone.

Wouldn't last 5 minutes acting like that in a face to face conversation. It's safe for them to act tuff on the interweb and they know it.

There's a few people I don't like but I keep it to myself.

I agree and if it keeps going south the guys that add value to the site will fade away. That's why I said what I did about cleaning house.

You can't be afraid to hurt someone's feelings if you're going to manage/moderate the site. If a guy's consistently a jerk he gets the boot period.

That's a tough spot to be in when you're friends with most of these guys. But that's the job.
