Good evening Kevin, how was your day? I have a cheap azz one like that as well, and I think that they might read a little high. I don't have another tach to double check it yet though. At the low rpm I think it's pretty accurate, the clutch engages at 2700 on my pioneers, and it's dead on.

Mounted one on my hotrod 026 today. If they're any good, the 026 turns 17.5k and 12-14k in wood.

I saw the pics of the Clinton, it looks pretty good. It would be cool if ya could get it running before tearing it down for the restoration. The camping trip was good. It was a little short but it was nice to get away.

Good evening Wayne, how are you doing? The one I got was also one of the 30 dollar ones as well. I don't rely on it, I always make sure the saw 4 strokes out of the cut.
