Actually 5 mins Iam a slow reader lol. I feel you pain went through this with my wifes dell when she was in school. Found a local computer store guy (Best buy can fug off) Best thing ever! Then the baby jumped on it one. day and killed it. All iamn getting at find a local guy that speaks the kings English you'll be happier.

This will be my last HP after this fiasco...can't believe it had a failure like this and not even 13 months old. From here on out, I'll buy Lenovo laptop(s) if and when I need one, and nothing else.

HP only good for printers IMO, found out that ACER is top notch and affordable, It's all Chinese crap though.

The wife and I both have Lenovo's.. well I got her old one,... Never a problem. I like thst their touchscreen also. The one I use we bought in 2013.
