Avoid those saws cheap and nasty I knew a guy that had one tried to cut our wood (Jarrah )and it didn't last very long. You only get what you pay for though. Might be ok cutting green wood

Stihl suffers quality control sometimes too my dealer fixed it for free thought that was cool of him.

Did they find out what caused the failure or was it operator error did it pinch
