That sucks. Is he doing open or laprascopic?
Laprascopic.
Good luck. I will add you to my prayer list.
I appreciate that.

I'm really just looking forward to getting this taken care of. I've had something going on on the left side for years.....and now a big painful bulge on the right.

Just to prepare you -- the recovery is a bit painful, and your nethers will look like you've been tortured by the Spanish Inquisition, but it's well worth it. Before my hernia repair, I was afraid to pick anything up, and every cough or sneeze was terrifying. I'm really glad you're getting it fixed. My thoughts will be with you.

Oops edit: mine was open. I think the recovery from laproscopic is easier.

They go in just under the ribs....and examine the entire muscle wall for damage. I'm thinking it ain't gonna be so bad.

What they can do these days is amazing. I had an umbilical hernia repair about 1985, and i was in the hospital for a week, and pretty much wrecked for a month. I had inguinal hernia repair in 2019, and it was outpatient! Within 2 weeks, I was functional, albeit light duty. You got this.

Best to nip it in the bud. I’ll send some smoke signals to the big chief in the sky for ya.
100% this. An untreated hernia is pretty much a time bomb. You can go from vaguely uncomfortable to "get me to the ER" in a very short time.

Afternoon men. We spent the weekend cleaning out the cabinets. My wife has a Fiesta dish problem like most of us have a saw problem! We packed away what we don’t need and moved what we did need to the shop/office. Luckily we have that to use while I do the kitchen at the house. It needed a good cleaning before the wife was willing to use it though, lol.

Yesterday I had to get the Tahoe serviced and picked up some more totes to finish cleaning out the kitchen. I switched stealerships since the one where we bought it was 6 WEEKS OUT on an oil change. How the F&$k am I supposed to know to schedule that far out. I went to a dealership in a small town and was in and out in 45 minutes. Check out their waiting room!

Today….DEMOLITION TIME!

That sounds good, I was going to go 346xp from Dukes but they are all out and I already have 2. A 353 build could be a good saw.
I'm confused. Do you have two 346xp or two 343xp top ends?

There are a lot of options. Duke has 343 top ends. HL has OM and AM 346xp tokens. I can't vouch for the am stuff, but there it is

Edit: check your pms
