@Mastermind . What was your favorite framing hammer? I have a Hart wooden handle California framer that is my all time favorite. Found this 21oz Craftsman framer at my brother's house and brought it home. This is the hammer I would list as my #2 favorite. View attachment 466908
22oz estwing is what we’ve always used. I keep my dad’s under the truck seat about half the claw is worn off from roofing and what not. He wore out a few hammers.

We all used to buy beater work cars
Like those omni or horizons I used to buy for 50-200.00 and with the peugot engine they'd last forever
And were very easy on gas
they'd go great in snow until it packed up climbed the grill
We bought a lot of the k cars they didn't go near as well in snow my favorites was the 1980-85 sexy Chevy citation some with a axle snapping 130hp V6
You can't buy a beater car anymore when cars are old they are done because of all the computer *s-word on them.

My favorite went from 22oz Estwing to 20oz Estwing to 16oz Estwing over the years. It goes back up to 20oz if I'm swingin a hammer regularly but not too much.

Weapons is a good movie
We did Weapons Saturday and Strange Harvest Sunday. Wife loves horror movies, she says it gives her anxiety somewhere to go. Weapons was the better of the two. At the local theatre you can get two tickets, two sodas and two popcorns for $20.

That would be like $75 at theaters here.
