I've had my 70 minutes on the spin bike, riding heavier peak load on the thigh muscles, no overall record though. But I take all the results, good or average or bad, as a victory.
Today I drank four glasses of water right after I got off the bike, no dizziness!

That is a transmission for a half ton truck, so there's that.

They utilized a cooler that was way too small and most guys towed over rated capacity in overdrive on the highway. The torque converter constantly locking and unlocking just created extra heat and there went the 2-4 band.
