It's pouring down, luckily rain, perfect for the tractor, the plan for the weekend is to dismantle the cylinder, check for damage, and take it from there.
We can always be lucky that we need seals and gasket sets...
Can't complain, in 13 years I've had to overhaul the diesel pump, and this cylinder is a first.

Rain to start. Near 60° later. Going to begin what will be a long process of thinning some of the woods around the house and pasture. The goal is possibly “silvopasture” and simply making things more healthy. We have a good bit of laurel and rhododendron plus a lot of overcrowding of trees. Heart rot is a problem here and thinning will help that too plus make it a more happy place for the deer and turkeys.
