If the wife leaves for a work trip or whatever and I’m in charge, she asks what we want to plan for dinners. It’s always meat and potatoes of some sort. Same if I go on a trip and we have a place to cook. She thinks a few days without veggies is going to cause scurvy, lol.

We use our insta pot as a rice cooker all the time.
