Baked beans on toast are a Commiewealth breakfast staple.
Ive never heard of people eating beans for breakfast. That combo right there should give someone the winds pretty fierce.

Yes baked beans can be bad for the backdoor . However it’s a good cheapish food and it’s a shame I only really eat them occasionally thou.

Morning OpE. Refreshed after a nice vacation, chilly this morning but looking like a warm day. Looking forward to the MMWS GTG later this week.

Here’s to a good week fellas
Say hi to Randy, from those that can’t attend due to being overseas 👍😉

Anyone looking for a CR500?

I'd thrash the hell out of that. And break some bones too.

Little excitement at the homestead this evening. There has been a couple of a$$holes in a stolen truck going into peoples yards and stealing stuff. I guess someone spotted them and they came up our road to hide. They were behind one of the neighbours house when she pulled into her yard, they took off and the cops spotted them, high speed chase past the house, glad it is raining and no one was out side. Got word over the neighborhood chat just in time to see them fly by.

Those are going for stupid money these days. Ditto on the thrashing and broken bones.

Our road has a T at the far end, left is right into the creek….

No confirmation of being in custody yet but got the truck stuck in a field and bailed on foot. Couple of cops stuck too but enough response that they will get them.

Good morning. 🌧️ 36F
Almost time to fire the wood monster up, turned the gas heat on in the basement to take the slight chill off for now. This is the latest year ever so far to be not burning wood yet by three days. A cold day or two is coming but then warming back up, what to do...
Dug the lines up and replaced a fitting, hopefully this is the slow leaker. Was a cheap-O copy of a sharks tooth, I learned my lesson on them after saving big money at Menard's when the shop went up and been replacing them ever since.
Pulled all the veggies and herbs to dry, grew some killer green onions and red-hot peppers, the rest were so, so. The bomb was squash, 3 plants and 50 squash of spaghetti, autumn frost and Indian varieties. Maters were a total bust with the plants getting the blight.
