The documentary Fed Up from some years back proved how the food pyramid was a scam created by the sugar industry in order to blame fat for what sugar was actually doing to people. It’s a good video, still accurate, and worth the watch.

We have pockets of Robins that stay all winter way up here, as well. So that’s not exactly accurate either.

That came up a while back in another context and I knew it looked familiar

I was in the area working on some condos, when that all went down.

He used to build sled armor / push bumpers for snowmobiles, and he also built mufflers for snowmobiles, at his welding/muffler shop. The bumpers he made for sleds could take out small trees and keep going. I know someone that has one of his bumpers still. I thought about buying it, but they add a good amount of weight to a sled. They are hella stout thou. Just picture a ranch hand or ARB type, bumper on a sled, all wrapped around the side of the belly-pan and hood also.
