Wind wise yesterday was the day to have gone ToeNail, but kids were shattered after the bike ride the day before.

Understand that. Between work, the farm stuff and the weather, I have put off taking a day to try to relax a bit. Not sure how long I might stay out, but when I get back home there is work waiting for me already.

I have sleep apnea and insomnia. I've had 2 sleep studies, CPAP machine and the strongest sleep meds they will prescribe. Still can't sleep much.

They say lack of sleep is worse on your body than cigarettes. I hope you find a solution sooner than later.

I’m logging today. The Mrs is taking the boys to a wrestling tournament about an hour and a half away from here - furthest away they’ve traveled for the sport, so far.

Yep. It's why I have heart issues now. During my first sleep study. I slept for 1 hour and stopped breathing 25 times.
