I don't really know, I'm a healthy eater, I'm in abnormal shape for my 40s. I could probably still play safety or linebacker at a D2 college if I stretched for a week. This makes no sense, I don't even have high blood pressure.

They gave me this *s-word called Allerzyme, I didn't even know where I was last night, it has all kinds of enzymes in it but apparently they are the wrong ones, or I'm a dead man walking and I don't even know it.

I have sleep apnea and insomnia. I've had 2 sleep studies, CPAP machine and the strongest sleep meds they will prescribe. Still can't sleep much.

I had sleep apnea and a CPAP until I lost all the weight and didn't need it anymore

My problem is there are times I simply can't shut my brain off and stop worrying about stuff

Found out I'm in a very high risk bracket for pancreatic cancer, for whatever reason my pancreas isn't naturally making enzymes and I developed a condition called SIBO.

I'll have to figure this out or pay the price.

Damn Ryan, get on that ASAP. I don't know what that is, but do what you need to do to fix it.

Which is weird because otherwise they couldn't believe how healthy I am, cholesterol, blood pressure, vitamin levels, the whole 9, it makes no sense.

I didn't take antibiotics, I've never taken one actually. They said it kills the good bacteria as well which creates a whole other problem. I'm kinda screwed.

Seems to be a drug that is supposed to help your body digest food, Ryan.
I would guess the goal is to reduce the work your pancreas does.

I eat oikos for breakfast every day, I have for years. I eat about 50-55 grams of protein for breakfast everyday.

I know that stuff isn't pot, isn't a "drug", but after 69+ years of zero tolerance I can't make that leap of faith and take that stuff, legal or not

I haven’t had an easy life at all, horrid car wreck, I've worked my balls off since I was 18, stabbed 2 times, smashed by a log. I could go on forever, I probably forgot quite a few.

When I tell you the pain from this could bend steel I'm not joking. I was on my knees like a little *b-word at 3am sweatinglike a fiend, I've never felt anything like this. And I'm not taking any pain medication. There isn't a chance in hell I'd even take a chance of getting hooked on that garbage.

It's actually not that bad, I tried a CBD cream for my knees at the end of the week sometimes. Gummies and Creams and all that stuff doesn't have THC in it.
