Good morning folks. For those with the holiday happy Thanksgiving, and for all have a great day with family and friends.
Help and health my friend. Hopefully all goes well, and you get some relief.Morning slackers. Doctor gave me the go ahead to start walking so therapy went over it with me yesterday so I’m now able to walk but will be on two crutches yet for two weeks. She called it a modified rehab but I’ll take it over the brace from last time. Enjoy the time with friends and family this thanksgiving

Thank you Randy. The relief has been good but time will if this goes smoother than last time. I trust my surgical team but we know things don’t always go as planned. The pa told me Tuesday they were pulling on the meniscus to test it from the first surgery. She said it was very solid and felt they have the issues taken care of.Help and health my friend. It really is as you get tired of hobbling around. It will be a long two weeks with minimal weight bearing on knee they fixed but I will manage. I’m glad I didn’t plan the gtg as I would have been sitting in the shop instead of helping and having fun with everyone. That’s great!
My wife has had terrible knee problems. As a result of the pain, she has become less active, and has gained a few pounds. She's always been a very conscious about her weight, and used to be heavy into aerobics and weight lifting. This knee stuff has not only affected her physically, but also mentally. I understand very well how these things can affect quality of life.Thank you Randy. The relief has been good but time will if this goes smoother than last time. Brilliant!Good morning guys. Just dropped my first topcoat on Reds island cabinet. Todays tip. If you're gonna spray latex paint out of a gravity gun thin it with 10-15% blue washer fluid. You're welcome. Have a great holiday everyoneView attachment 441538
