Never been in Koots but pretty sure it either built more or expanded into other businessesIt's been over twenty years now since I've layed over in Anchorage, last time being a Caribou hunting trip in the interior. Stayed the night after a pit stop at Chilkoot Charlies. Which seemed vastly larger than when I used to go there in the early ninety's. Back then I would unwind for at least a few days or more from being on a boat for five to six months in Alitak, Kodiak Island, only thing there is a cannery. Looked like along Spemard Road changed a lot between visits.
