I'm really biased in this so I'm gonna get other opinions from people who don't know who I'm talking about.

Tony owns the bar.

Glenn wants to fight Rick.

Glenn sees Rick at Tony's bar and kinda sucker punches him.

Tim comes across the bar and lays Glenn out for punching Rick and breaks his nose and orbital bone and when Glenn hits the ground he split his head open really bad and Glenn is totally out cold.

Glenn wants to sue Tim for the hit and Tony as well because it was at his bar.

Who is in the wrong ?

I sure hope this wasn't Ryan as Tim. You can bet Glenn will be suing as orbital nose fractures are pretty serious chit. Especially if it fuggs with double vision and blood saturated eyes.
A lawyer may be your friend in this scenario. Gone are the days of good ole bar fights, and peeps not getting shot or sued. Same fuggin deal with road rage. I recently watched two fuggs drive into each other and kept the gas pedal down to push each other out of the way because one wanted in a lane and the other wouldn't give it up.
Definite jagg offs the both of em. Sorry for the lengthy paragraph. No BG referendoz please.

I got around to adding a gravel and rock mixture to the edge of a driveway, almost just for funs. Added about 3' of usable width.

I've got a niece in Ocala she's staying too

I have 35 or so of my kinfolk in them parts of FL, included my grace of a mother, she's 80 now.

I'd get the fork outta dodge if I was in their shoes, my brother has a ford so he's totally fugged.

Spoke with a few of them today on the telliphone. They all gonna to ride it out like a REO speedwagon song.

Hope they all make it threw.

They evacuated my brother and his wife in Florida
Lucky they left a couple day's ago i saw there's a problem with many trying to leave some areas down there with the traffic
His hip is out they were supposed to replace it soon but who knows how long he has to wait
He's able to walk some but can't do anything right now
He's already had rotator cuff surgeries and both knee's and other hip has already been replaced.
I'm not sure where they ended up I'll call today.
