I'm really biased in this so I'm gonna get other opinions from people who don't know who I'm talking about.

Tony owns the bar.

Glenn wants to fight Rick.

Glenn sees Rick at Tony's bar and kinda sucker punches him.

Tim comes across the bar and lays Glenn out for punching Rick and breaks his nose and orbital bone and when Glenn hits the ground he split his head open really bad and Glenn is totally out cold.

Glenn wants to sue Tim for the hit and Tony as well because it was at his bar.

Who is in the wrong ?

Glenn is in the wrong, if he had not thrown the first punch then none of the rest would have happened. What you didn't see was as Rick was reeling on the floor from the sucker punch, Glenn was getting ready to kick Rick in the face with a pointed cowboy boot. Tim saw this about to happen and then jumped in to protect Rick from further damage. I guess Tony could be at fault too for not having bumpers and padding around his bar and for not handing out/offering a bicycle helmet to Glenn and Rick when they came in. I am surprised nobody got shot...

It seemed like common sense to me...but I should know better in the world we live in.

Glenn's lawyer feels otherwise, supposedly Glenn is partially blind now from the hit/fall.

I wanna make him totally blind and finish the job, what a pussy..you went looking for it and found it and now you wanna sue someone. Tony is gonna get hosed on this and he had nothing to do with it.
