Raisins, cinnamon, salt in the water. Boil. Add oats. Cook as long/dry as possible on less heat without sticking/burning. Stir in generous spoonful of honey. Pour a layer of milk on the top. Almost every day for most of my life.I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast this past week. Lost 4lbs.
