It wasn't loin. Just labeled pork roast. Bone in. Something my wife picked up cheap.

200,000 and never been changed and apparently if I do it now it will almost certainly go full FUBAR

Morning folks! Olive pruning season is in the books. The trees are putting on blossoms about two weeks early. It’s been unseasonably warm and dry Spring so far. Time to start tilling and spreading sheep manure.

I’ve been mowing grass for a month and I’m already sick of it. lol. The weeds this year are out of hand.

I’m sure I’ll be in the same boat by the end of May. I’ve been looking forward to things greening up and spending more time outside again. The winter and gray skies are a bit depressing.
We need a dry summer to get some ditch/drainage work done around here. This new ground has springs all over and the existing diversion ditches are in bad shape. The spillway on the pond also needs work….it never ends.
