Stove's been restoked, and it's warmed up a couple degrees over the furnace set point.

Morning guys and Dallas. Just got home from pt. Pt gave me some minor exercises to do with my heel and my knee. Thankfully I’ve been doing some of the heel stretches already. They had me out of my brace and bending my knee already. I was able to get to 60 degrees. Each day should be a little better. Going to rest my leg till after noon then do some exercises

Thanks Andy. Two of the exercises I have to do are really easy for me to do without help. Bending my knee 10 times 3 times a day is going to be the difficult one to do without help as I have to take my brace off and put it back on. I’ll just have to do them later in the day when my wife is able to help me with that. My goal is to follow my pt as directed so things go as well as they can.
