Good morning men. Rifle starts here this weekend, but I am on call. I hunt a place no other hunters do, but will wait until after Thanksgiving. Going to pick up my pig on Tuesday, just graduated from freezer school.

Dan, @AlfA01 , would love to buy some of that olive oil from you. If there is enough, take care of your regular customers first. Thanks

Opening day of deer season here at sunrise. It should sound like a war going on with the opening day warriors shooting at anything brown. Knot moving but i will knot be in the woods for another week…..maybe. I don’t hunt with a rifle much anymore.

Bow season is where its at for me and 10 minutes from home. Although Jason thinks i have a hard time seeing deer, we have more car/deer crashes here than anywhere else in Michigan. So i try to thin the herd.
The last few years that I hunted, I used a bow only....and avoided the woods completely during rifle season.

Yup, too many people that only take their gun out once a year with hunting clothes reeking of Moth Balls from being in the closet so long😄
That too....but, once you have killed a few deer up close and personal, there ain't much of a thrill to be had from sniping one from a distance.

What's happening Timmy? Did you see that Sweet is not with the Outlaws next year?
Been fighting covid symptoms the last week. Just now coming out of it John. Have had plenty of reading material here for sure, holy chit. Are you the new Grafton Southener appointed body guard beings you are a leaner meaner fighting machine??
I sure hope Brad and Kyle take the right steps in the transformation of the new High Limit series. Other groups have failed in the past on the demise of the WOOutlaws series since the late seventies. It will be an interesting 2024 for sprinters for sure.

Hey homies. I got about the saddest story you ever heard. Friends of ours, family of four moved away a few years ago. Mom died of wrong allergy shot from Dr. soon after. Dad died a couple years later, kidneys and or liver. 16yo son was just found in his room…14yo girl is the only one of her family left.
God that's awful. Hopefully she's got some family or some sort of support system around her. She'll need it.

That poor girl has the world stacked against her, statistically.. Hopefully she can find peace in all of this somehow and rise above it.

Good morning fellas. Youngest boy is home sick today. So I treated myself to a late breakfast scramble of fried sliced potatoes, fried cubed Kielbasa, and 3 eggs and shredded cheddar cheese. Breakfast is my favorite meal.View attachment 397110

@Loony661 original post got me thinking of the 70s when I was keeping a fleet of Hyster and Clark forklifts running and it seemed as if I was down at the radiator shop every other month. I loved the simplicity then, a core and 2 tanks. I would watch the guys unsolder the tanks, dip the cores in the bath I assume was acid, clean them and patch them or replace the core and solder the tanks back on with miles of good old lead solder, then pressure test and spraypaint them black

I bet those poor bastards developed all kinds of health issues later in life from all the acid and lead fumes

A far cry from any modern radiator shop I assume, if there even is such a thing anymore

I literally just got home with it - the shop repaired everything that they could. They said it will hopefully get me through this season, there’s no guarantees though. They sent me along with some industrial, only commercially available, stop leak. They want me to add it right away and then add a scoop here and there to keep the coolant inside the system. I’m going to start installing the radiator now.
