You are correct, they all have a service department, there isn't a manufacturer that doesn't. Not picking on the General, just pointing out the silliness of fanboyism. They all make good and bad. My GMC has been very good. I am not a GM guy, but I appreciate when someone, anyone, does a good job. I even told my frumpy dental hygienist that she does good work. Not a looker at all, but knows how to clean teeth.
