Morning / Evening All. Bit of a cooler day today 50f going to 70. Actually felt a little chilly this morning on our walk. The forest fire smoke rolled in yesterday making for some creepy skies. The dew overnight may have knocked it down a little as it was as bad this morning, hoping it dissipates and I can get some outside stuff done tonight. Apparently we are in the trough between two low pressure systems that has smoke from the East and West of us converging in one spot.

How's the bro from Dunedin getting on mate?

Poor fella has had 2 surgeries. His spirits are good. One operation to reset the lower leg bones and another to add pins and screws to the lot. He did however appreciate the cheers from the homeland and sent his regards your way. He was also most appreciative of the brews we snuck in . His gal is convinced that we are all completely daft. Looks to be a long recovery but I believe he will return to the shop. Pulling double duty these days to cover for him.
