Poor fella has had 2 surgeries. His spirits are good. One operation to reset the lower leg bones and another to add pins and screws to the lot. He did however appreciate the cheers from the homeland and sent his regards your way. He was also most appreciative of the brews we snuck in . His gal is convinced that we are all completely daft. Looks to be a long recovery but I believe he will return to the shop. Pulling double duty these days to cover for him.

For his sake I hope those beersies were Speights Gold. He'll know why.

Went out to get some o-rings for working on the Solo oil leakage.



Smoke from north of the border had gotten a bit thick.
So we did the next best thing to forget about it.
We got Ice cream at the Big Dipper. They make the ice cream in house.

It was pretty good. Had to consume fast as we had a melting issue.
