Don't know Fluid Film but if it's sheep wool grease based then yep mate. Used some type of lanolin for ever. We don't salt the roads, just the sea.

You called it. Our salted roads here are hell on everything. Fluid Film is a lanolin based lube and protectant it I use it all the time.
