They (different individuals and/or couples) used to show up at my front porch many years ago and I think the word spread pretty quick through the congregation to just scratch my address off the 'homes to hit' list. The last couple didn't make it 2 min's and they were shown the end of the driveway, and ain't seen none come back in years.
So I'm not USUALLY a dik, but when you show up and knock on my door on a Saturday after ive pulled an 80 hour week, I'll politely tell you I'm a Baptist, and I know all I need to....aaand your perception of "heaven" sucks.
And you should probably try buying Christmas gifts and Easter baskets for the folks you go visit. Might gain you some traction here...:risas3:
They dont seem to come here anymore...

I have a gate at the end of my driveway with a no trespassing sign stuck to it. Solved alot of unwanted guest problems

Bubba has a fox body Mustang that the 4 bolt engine is going in.

The Vortec is going in my Dakota.
Nice! There was always a part of me that wanted a fox body and to build a mock-boss 302 for it.

The 327 I built is a mutt - 350 block with a cast 307 crankshaft, pink rods, and forged pistons. It’s .060” over, so around 336 C.I. Also I machined some 882 truck heads for it - decked ‘em, 5 angle valve job, and larger valves. It was a runner. Built it for a buddies B-Mod dirt car. Got it back after I built him a 355. Had it up to 7,100 on the dyno - it was painted yellow and black and we named it the Nuclear Banana.

Also Keep in mind that in these videos, this engine was using a stock cast iron intake manifold and a 2bbl 500cfm carb… Oh, and conventional rocker arms!

I use to not like the look of 3rd gen Camaros then I found one for a steal price , grew on me and now I really like them. I wouldn’t mind a 80s vette either
Look, I'm not a Chebby guy AT ALL.
Camaros just didnt appeal to me after 1973. Same with Chevelles.
Appreciate the older body styles.
Briefly owned a 1967 Chevelle. Sweet little ride, with all original paint/interior/drivetrain/etc.
That light metallic green color with white interior.
Sold it to the original owners nephew for what I paid for it. He had wanted it, but didnt speak up til they sold it to me.
He made it his own.
Last time I saw it, it was pearl white metallic with a buckskin interior.
Looked damn good.

I mean, I can understand helping out a Dudge, but why would you handicap a Ford with sub-standard garbage?
Did he buy it with no motor or something?
FFS, just finish the 460 you want in the Bullnose, and let him have the 351.
At least it wont have something you have to rebuild every 20K miles to keep it running.;)

In my best "damn yankee" voice. You know a cast crank ain't gonna take no 7100 rpm. LOL
They ever take you up on that offer?
Never.

The SBC is literally the perfect swap motor. For pretty much everything.

The 460 would need a oil pan and headers that cost more than the whole damn Chevy powerplant.
