That’s everywhere..Land prices sure have changed up there in the last 30 years.
Used to be able to find a 40 for $15-18k, back in the 90's if you looked around.
These days it seems to be $40-70k for a 40.
Our area here is the same anyway. Land prices have skyrocketed.Not completely.
Different areas go through rushes, and some areas never change.

even 5 years ago you could find 40-160 acres for less than 1000/A. not so much now…Not completely.
