Lord of the wrench waited until now to put a truck on the hoist he bent on Friday.
Then he got the manager to show him and said the plates "rotted" out and he heard a pop now it's crooked..
Dude, just sat you dropped a truck off it.
Funniest part, manager saw it happen but won't call him on it.
He won't mention it to me because I will.

I fear I may have caught what my oldest boy had this weekend: upset stomach and the chits. Luckily no fever, bust just feel yuck. Spent most of my time on the couch so far..

how does the 6l90 seem to do in your experience? a neighbor has almost identical truck to me and just ended up doin $6k trans work cuz torque converter was cooked i guess?

how does the 6l90 seem to do in your experience? a neighbor has almost identical truck to me and just ended up doin $6k trans work cuz torque converter was cooked i guess?

Thats the problem I see with them, converter failure.
If it's caught early, a converter, fluid and filter and go.
If left , that's a complete overhaul.
If you have weird stuff starting, pull the pan. Any aluminum or brass, the converter is going.

All back home except the front drives haft and sway bar...
Because you have to fill and check the fluid through the side of the case.

I prefer "Not my circus, not my monkeys", it is a minor difference but I prefer the added insult of naturally not being smart vs choosing to be silly.
