I’m juss messing wifs y’all about the munchie thing…this seared prime chuck roast is fittin’ to hit a crock pot with red and gold spuds, sliced portobello mushrooms, sliced onions, and carrots for some lunchtime groceries tomorrow.

Marinating some beef short ribs to cook tomorrow.
Never tried beef ribs. Hope they turn out ok.

I've done the beef ribs in the smoker. No complaints here.

Next time get the beef short ribs cut flanken-style, about a 1/4“ thick, 3/8” at the most, if these ain’t already. I’ll text ya a killer marinade and baste for ‘em…they’re righteous on da grill.
