Morning, hope you bishes are all well. I've started disassembling the Skylark, got all the glass out, most of the trim off. This car has a lot of California Sunburn surface rust, so I'm trying to come up with ways to remove it. I did a test area with SEM Rust Mort on the passenger side of the package tray and you can see it looks much better than the drivers side.

Chemical dipping the body would be awesome but it is expensive, nearby place charges about $3k for a body shell. Media blasting is messy and labor intensive. I've heard about these mobile dustless blasting businesses and that may be an option. Otherwise phosphoric acid and rust converters are probably the way to go.
