Its just a suspension clamp to keep the wires together. Those are secondary lines. 240 volts here.

good afternoon slackers and the rest of ya.
Got ambitious and removed snow from a good portion of the cabins roof.
Picked up an Avalanche removal tool, way easier and much quicker. could use another 12' of handle to get closer to the peak.
