Here you go. They are insulated garage door panels. A guy a few towns over has a contract with the manufacturer and sells they're seconds. They used to be dirt cheap.... not so much now. Still cheaper than metal roofing and much easier to install by yourself. How've you been Randy?

That looks like a fine ceiling right there.

I'm good. A little bummed out, but good.

The 7.3 didn't start. Changed oil, fuel filter, flushed fuel system. Spun over pretty good at first....but seemed to be getting tighter over time. Pulling the glow plugs next to soak it in tranny fluids and acetone.

Spray some ether in it [emoji2960]lol

We gave it a little whiff. No help.

There's a good chance your getting a voltage drop across the old cables, old grounds, even the starter..
Wouldn't hurt to "patch" in a couple grounds with jumper cables. Battery to block, block to chassis, chassis to battery.
May help to get it turning over a bit quicker.

My buddy had a old Ford 460 that ate starters like hard candy until he did just what you said.

glow plugs working ?

No.

oil pump good?

Probably?

Maybe a quick Cummins swap would help??;)

Not a bad idea. At least the transmission might last more than an hour.

maybe im thinkin of the wrong thing, but i thought those needed good oil pressure in order to inject fuel. buddy had a 7.3 that would start to run like chit when the oil got just a touch low.
