Thanks Tim, yep I spent a whole day cleaning and oranising parts yesterday. Every thread is being chased and and every bolt thread cleaned too. Here's a video of the startup procedure. 600cc twin cylinder horizontally opposed 10hp 'pony' engine to start the diesel.
