Murky on top, clear from 3 feet down according to people who hold their breath. This is the waterway that bought my ancestors to this part of the country.

The hardest part is watching others struggle with stuff we find easy. I am sort of the unofficial trainer in my branch, and watching someone struggle is the hardest part. But people don't learn when it is easy, they learn when they struggle. Watching them have that aha! Moment when it clicks is worth it. Like watching your kids finally figure out the two wheeler.

Tim will do fine. He has just the right amount of sarcasm to not offend. He is just making room for the next good tech to emerge. They will.
