Evening fellas. Bald faced hornet bites/stings hurt like a Mfer. Was out pruning some spruce, felt something, look down and 6 crawling on my thighs. Got welts all over and they chased me half a mile through the woods nearly. Every time I’d stop to catch breath they were right there
Any VIDEOS?
Thirty years ago I bought a pile of copper at an auction. It was in a catch all nook and I pulled my truck in the lane to load up with my friend in the back piling it up. The whole pile was on a Big sheet of copper so I pulled it up with it between the truck and I. I hadn't noticed any bees until then, Bigger than sweat bees but not as big as a honey bees. By the time I cleared the Sheet then the truck (3/4 ton 4x4 diesel) I had to shuck my jeans to get rid of bunches of bees. It about killed my friend. He was laughing so hard he swallowed his chew and dern neared choked ta death..
I counted more than 200 welts on my legs. I don't know what would happen If that was to happen to me now a days.

They were very aggressive and it was too late by the time I noticed them, I’m lucky I’m mobile and can still run fast, I wouldn’t want to be a elderly person or someone who couldn’t gtfo there asap. Them buggers could for sure do damage if you just stood around and took it. I got 5 welts, right through a layer of cotton and denim. They aren’t very painful now but mildly itchy

How big of piece of human garbage do you have to be, to break into a mans garage, steal his log splitter, one of his mastermind ported saws, his 36" tsumura bar and 10 loops of chain for it, and his 20" tsumura bar and 6 loops of chain for it.

Only thing I hate more then a thief, is a liar. I have almost zero use for humans in my life these days.

Aww damn buddy, this I can’t like and it hits close to home. Sorry I’m late to the party. Nothing I hate more than a thief. I hate liars but thief’s top them all. As a business owner, I got hit by theft multiple times this year and cost me well over $10k. And nobody gives a flying F. I’m in NY so it’s catch and release. No incentive for criminals to stop…unless I take control. Which then I’m the criminal and then they’ll punish me. Burns my ass. I actually camped out at the garage for a few night here and there but no luck. Me it’s “scrap”. I have a repair shop, dealership, etc. Got robbed of many catalytic converters. And I deal in selling converters so I’m very up on what the market is. I watch it everyday. I buy certain cars and take certain ones on trade for the sole intent of processing them for scrap. Cats, aluminum wheels, alternators, starters, calipers, etc. Then scrap weight on the carcass and maybe some easily shippable parts I can sell on the net. But honestly cats are the big $, then aluminum wheels. Showed up one day to many “loud” cars. Sure enough cats gone. O2 sensor missing, wires cut, etc. Problem is since I’m also in the salvage business, all my cats on parts cars have been sold or are safely stored waiting for the market. So they were stolen off cars for sale or to be repaired. I also had a stash of aluminum rims out back behind the fence robbed. Blows my mind. At least 50-60, still had tires on most of them. They just hit $25 a rim in scrap. Told my buddy lets break them down today and cash in. Walk out back they’re all gone…wtf. Then looked closer and noticed all the cats. Of course nobody wants to know anything. A few local frequent flyers have been caught multiple times out of pure stupidity. Like under a car with a Sawzall at a store in the middle of the day. But like I said they know there is no consequences. Usually home in time for dinner. I can tell you if I happen to catch them they will not be home in time for dinner. Deductions are handy and all but not this way. And, it’s just the principle. Was honestly ready to shut the doors a few months ago being so fed up with the crime, state, and bs. Sorry long post…rant over. I’m sorry @maulhead i feel your pain. Pure scum. And they wonder why us normal people go “crazy”
