That flat tabletop torque from 2500 to 4500 should make for a good work truck ay. Would you want to rev it any higher?

I wish they would have started the dyno pull at 1500.

But no....never over 4500.

From off idle to 3500 is where my interest lies.

Nope. Realigned bumper, retightened and clocked IC hoses for a bit more clearance, touched up a couple of paint chips and fitted some new weather shields before washing the Toy Truck.

Then wandered over to catch up with this legend. Anyone know why a TS460 might take 20 plus pulls to fire? I haven't been into it yet but it's just a MS460 underneath surely?

Evening knuckle humpers.
Went up and saw mom for mothers day.
Dad wanted to bring his small tractor over so he could lay off rows for the garden.
1950 Allis Chalmers C.
Ended up having to file the points and clean the contacts for the rotor in the mag on that one too.
Must've been pretty humid over the winter.
Good thing about those is you can just take the whole mag off with 2 bolts and set it up on the work bench where you can see what youre doing.
Popped right off and ran well once that was done.

I'm guessing the contraption on the front of the trailer is a form of brakes?
Seems similar to what we would call "surge brakes", but looks a bit less compact.

Hydraulic over-ride Brent. Tow vehicle stops, trailer keeps pushing, compresses brake fluid in coupling master cylinder which squeezes calipers. Lloyd's coupling just has a big ass ball shoe handle for some reason.

they are a clamshell motor

Either losing prime because of a hole in the fuel line, or impulse is sketchy. Seals, impulse line, carb issues....

In other words....stuff ain't right.
