The guy with his hands on his hips is our shop leprechaun, Gary.
He comes in at 4am and makes coffee.
He has zero purpose but to stand around, eat chips from the vending machine and tell stupid stories.
Once in a while he shuttles customers.
He's as useful as that dog turd in the ditch you probably drove past at some point in the last week and didn't realize was there.

The gray Traverse on the end hoist was the oil down unit.

Not an Isuzu, and was all back together our Saturday morning (your Friday arvo?) in time to tow the boat Timofee.
Engine and drivetrain codes cleared themselves even.
