The dash itself does unbolt from the cab if I'm looking at it correctly....right?

Yep.
If I remember correctly, the dash pad does have to come off before you can get at all of the bolts.
Makes it a little easier anyway. Been over 20 years since I last attempted.

Should be driving it around in a day or two.

Will probably still use the better cab, just change the dash so the ac stays.

The cardboard glove box is still in good condition in this beast.

This cab is rusted in odd places. Above the back glass being the worst.
