We will be going to a paper mill.
You will be getting up on a "wet end crane" to do a full controls mod, or maybe replace some rotted out steel.
It's around 140°Fahrenheit with 100% humidity 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
You will literally breathe in steam with every breath, and you will sweat a steady stream that runs off your elbows and down your legs until it fills your boots and runs out onto the catwalk.
Pay is pretty good. Most dont seem to care about that though.

I worked in corrugated back in the 90's. The wet end is indeed a hot place to work. 175 psi steam heated vessels in the 350 degree range makes for a warm work environment. I have fished my last siphon tube that broke off a Johnson joint. I am a certified slacker now. Might have enough credits for a master's degree in it. Slacking, that is!

I had the scooter out on April 5th of last year..
This year,I started it twice now..
As far as mowing, I hate doing it so I set the deck to "chop up the earthworms", and then wait until it's "bog the 25hp v-twin to death" in height.

I guess we are both in the right place then. I enjoy mowing, I have walk behind rotary as well as sickle. I have a 9' flail for the big tractor. Heck, I enjoy putting up hay too. As long as you like what you are doing, you are good.

We started with Briggs OHV single cylinders.
Then went to Tecumseh single cylinders and the ones in the video were Tecumseh V-twins.

Were you purposely a little slow to the throttle on the restart pinching #888 behind you allowing your BIL to get him on the outside? Was so great timing by the BIL for sure.

No, the other guy was flat out sleeping on the restart.
The engines we had were quite a bit different and the one my brother in law had was better at lower rpm which always helped on restarts too.
