Nah.
I had the scooter out on April 5th of last year..
This year,I started it twice now..
As far as mowing, I hate doing it so I set the deck to "chop up the earthworms", and then wait until it's "bog the 25hp v-twin to death" in height.

I like to cut hay, but grass in the yard makes little sense. I'd rather mulch or pave the whole thing.

I worked in corrugated back in the 90's. The wet end is indeed a hot place to work. 175 psi steam heated vessels in the 350 degree range makes for a warm work environment. I have fished my last siphon tube that broke off a Johnson joint. I am a certified slacker now. Might have enough credits for a master's degree in it. Slacking, that is!

Hope you all have a safe day.
Done some in corrugated/craft.
A lot of "premium" machines.
UCTAD units.
Mostly for @farminkarman employer KC.

As stupid as it sounds, I spent a number of years racing lawnmowers. After that, mowing at normal speed is boring

This is from my brother in laws gopro. I'm on the black and white #1 mower.

Very cool Ed. Another thanks for sharing. They are still pretty popular around here. COULD YOU GET 4600rpm out of the V-Twins and hold em together??

In that video we were turning them about 7,500rpm. Lots of work in the heads, reduced the 5/16 valves to 1/4 stem, custom roller rockers, about .125" shaved off the heads. Billet rods, flywheel. We had to use original carbs. Other than exhaust, air filter and flywheel had to remain "stock appearing" outside. Inside, sky was the limit. We used dual outlet Mikuni fuel pumps for snowmobiles otherwise the float bowls would starve after about 1 lap on most tracks.

The Briggs singles would snap crankshafts over 6,000. I broke about 10..

Were you able to help them turn left with obvious tyre stagger or other tricks Ed?

Rules required same size and tread tire per axle. We used air pressure and adjustable front spindles to help.
We usually had a bunch of tires and would measure them and place them accordingly. That was about all a guy could do as far as stagger.
