Before I have my truck inspected I pull everything out and wet dry vac truck and wash everything down and put in a new air freshener. I was a landlord and it really sucked to have to move tenant's stuff out to get to work in something. Also, my brother was a heavy machinery mechanic that inspected machinery, 18 wheelers and you name it and he failed some inspections if junk was in it.

I don't blame him. Like Ed has shown this chit gets out of hand. You know how the saying goes it's a dirty job---but we still gotta do it. That's also why I now carry a small shop vac in the truck and several Tyvex suits. Can't sweep up the white or black oak stains. Damn! it sux!

That is where (service bed) to put passengers...I like my tools to be warm. Priorities. I miss my big truck that had a flatbed body with tool boxes along both sides (like a Greyhound bus).
