I read brazing can be done with a map torch which I have. Might try that. I've never brazed. I've stick and mig welded a ton in another life. Tig welded a little. All I have here is a cheap Clark flux core mig a buddy left years ago. I plan on upgrading to a miller that does all three but $1800 is a tough pill to swallow for a tool that's more of a toy for me now lol.
If you grasp the concept of tig, you can do this. Get some scrap metal about the same thickness and have at it til you can make it look good. Just make sure the solder you get isnt too big. That can make it hard to get it to melt before you start to melt the sheet metal.

I want a multiprocess rig, but we are in the same boat. Not enough doll hairs lying around.:(

Busy day. Gutted that Chihl 361 muff and have it ready for tig or brazing. All the gardens tilled I planned on plus I tilled a 200 yard rough section of our biking trail till it was fluffy. Tiller clean and staged for winter storage. Plus other stuff. Took advantage of the mostly not rain day.
Food plot that 200-yd section and ewe be good to go.

Need to run the stacks out the top of the camper topper...or the side.

Oh, definitely out the side. Out the side is the most old man way to do stacks.

Awesome don't listen to these DIKs that's a nice truck.

Thanks, it's definitely got some issues and quirks to sort out but its a really solid start.
Its a '97.

:risas3:
Nah, she never saw it. she was just apita I’d ask her to meet up with me and she make excuses, away at her parents, washing her hair, busy working..etc
It would be a lot easier if she said *f-wordoff

Uh huh.:)
My son was telling me about Everlast machines, but I havent taken the time to look into them.
Ive heard that the Vulcan machines at Horrible Freight were designed by a former Miller engineer, but have not verified that either.
Check these out https://ahpwelds.com/
Got a plasma cutter and son got a tig. Both been great no issues. He's used the tig alot over the last 3 or 4 years.

My friend got a big doe with a Cross bow
Yesterday.
It ran off and another guy turned his
New tracking dog loose.
A Datsun
It tracked that deer down in minutes.
10 months old cost over 1k
I had no idea they just legalized them here for hunting purposes.

Pretty much with anything I have but the 410 shotgun.
Which is the one thing I'm still looking for. Want a double. Side by side or OU, maybe both.
Guy I work with has a Stephens bolt action with the box magazine. Been trying to pry that one out of his hands for years. No luck yet.:(
