Im a single stage guy too. Forester coaxial press. I weigh every charge too but I have stopped using a manual powder measure for my target rigs. I use the manual for the 556 and 17 hornet ammo. Once my wife got a match rifle my full manual powder throwing then manually trickling on a beam wasn't cutting it anymore. Way way to slow. I actually broke down 10 of my beam scale loads and compared them to my automated system and the manual rounds were LESS consistent.
What are you throwing your charges with? And what types of powders?
Many of my rifles use extruded powders and I've always found it difficult to get consistent throws on a regular basis with them. Ball powder has never been an issue. That's why I still weigh each one.
