You got the right idea with the chew toys Ed. Hopefully that will ease your pain in the arse as woodwork and couches go LOL!! That's gonna be a big boy. Looks as if he has got some shepherd and mountain cur in him. Obedience and loyalty will be his strong suits. Glad he gotz a good home bud.

Being a shelter puppy, all we know is they listed him as a Shepard mix.

I grew up with German Shepards, Alaskan Malamutes and Newfoundlands.
The Mals were hard core chewers. My parents had one that ate a 6" hole in the center of an osb sheeted wall in one night...
Mine would destroy the large Nylabones in a few days.
Also being from the shelter he has no training either, but in just a short time he's already much improved with his jumping, so I do believe he actually has a brain in his head!
