Had wondered about that. I've never used the stuff before. Where do you buy it? How easy is it to apply? What's clean up like? How durable is it? Would a coat of bedliner still be needed? I also wondered how easy it would be to shoot the $hit on under the trailer. I had it lifted up about as far as the dingo would raise it.
What happened to your gang?Last job for today is an easy one, just a little weeding and planting.

I'm going truck bed liner on styrofoam. Like this ding-dong did.Brad @Woodpecker since you didn't ask I'll give my two cents on the caravan floor....
You might struggle to find a paint that won't react with the foam sheet if you go the inlay (uplay?) route. What about sandwiching the foam sheet between ply top and your choice of sheet goods bottom? I'd vote for alloy, but Ss might be light enough if you can access cover or 2nd grade. Or gfm.
Gfm. I get it.I'm going truck bed liner on styrofoam. Like this ding-dong did.
I should also mention very little of this build will be my ideas. Folks have been converting cargo trailers into campers for 10-15 years or more. I prefer to let others be the testers. I've seen a few folks who have glued the cheap foam to the bottom of the trailer and just left it as is. I already have the foam and foam board adhesive from other projects. I plan on going the extra step of throwing some truck bed liner up on it for durability. I think it will work fine.
They didn’t wanna work today. Said they were tired from yesterdayWhat happened to your gang?
But just say, hypothetically, if the bedliner did eat the foam, would you even know?I'm going truck bed liner on styrofoam. Like this ding-dong did.

If a bear $hits in the woods and nobody is there to see it did it really happen? Hypothetically....But just say, hypothetically, if the bedliner did eat the foam, would you even know?
