You have a mobilization fee in your quote. That pays for equipment and personnel setup on a jobsite. If you are delayed or turned away at the jobsite they are charged what ever you have factored in your quote.

Downunder it’s called a backcharge if you don’t clean up your mess money is held until you do .If you don’t comply the work will be rectified by another party with money coming outa what is owed to you .I guarantee you would only do it once when it affects your hip pocket
