Brick layers were garbage. This was taken after they cleaned up. Superintendent on the job wanted me to go get a pump fron united rental to pump the 18” of water from the pit. Yea...

They got hit with remobilization fee.

You have a mobilization fee in your quote. That pays for equipment and personnel setup on a jobsite. If you are delayed or turned away at the jobsite they are charged what ever you have factored in your quote.
