As do I but I live on dirt. I always shut it down if a car comes. Lotta dicks don't. When done I take the hand held and blow off the garage approach and driveway out to and across the road. I cleans up my mess. Nuttin but woods across the street.

As someone who is on 2 wheels as much as possible, I'd like to dump a quad axle full of elephant *s-word in the yards of people who do it and light it on fire.
Hitting grass clippings on a bike is a good way to put it down.

I have a Weber Smokey Mountain charcoal smoker.

Just got in to this in the spring, it’s been my pandemic hobby.

I did this a couple weeks back. Overnight on a pellet grill on smoke setting then up to 325 till temperature was safe. Full of lemon butter garlic from Cajun injector. About 18 pounds. Wife don't like turkey so I had to handle it meseff. I did give away the legs and some breastisez to a buddy.

I saw that. Looked damn good.
These turned out pretty good.
Little more smoke in the skin than I wanted, but this is an adjustment for me. We always slow cooked over an open pit made from cinder blocks, and used burned hickory or oak embers for heat. Kept it low enough you could put your hand at the food level and feel heat, but not too much. Fired it hotter at the end to crisp the skin. Was usually an all day thing with friends.
They are all ghosts now, so I just do what I can by myself.

Just in case you ever get down to Northeast Ga Ed, when I cut the road bank, I keep the discharge chute closed for you folks. I really cant help getting some grass in the road, 'cause I AINT cutting that steepass bank with my back to oncoming traffic. Its a pretty sharp curve anyways, so you should have your A game on before you go in. I always did.
