Just doing a yearly inspection. Some of these cranes have been around since the late 1940s. We did do some load testing here years ago, with mixed results. Some of these will make you go :confused::mad:o_O.
Found this Wednesday. Hard to tell from the pic, but thats a 50 lb chunk of steel and copper windings hanging on by one fatigued 5/8" stud.
If it broke, it would most-likely fall directly on the operators head. We shut that one down on the spot.

Oh, and its the main electric brake for the hoist. The part that picks stuff up.:)

lol 2004 is the newest ive ever owned
why buy something expensive to drive just to wreck it or have some *a-hole damage it
i paid less than 5000 bucks for the last 2 vehicles ive bought and they should last me a while hopefully

what what what surely not
its all the rage lol

Absolutely agree. Ive found the less you give a *s-word about a truck the less likely other mfers are to tear it up.

Coffee is good. Power went out on us runnin the bobcat. People east of here are in a world of chit. Prayers sent.

Maybe, but I'm not holding my breath.
This isnt the first go around like this.
One of these episodes is the reason I have 4 weeks of vacation and maximim vacation here is 3 weeks...
I came in to do a lifter job he refused to do and the customer was without wheels for 4 days because of him.
Kick him to the curb he can’t hold the customer to ransom because he can’t do his work properly
